2018年养老金可持续性修正案

以下计划的规定已改为“新的参与者.” 仅供2018年养老金可持续性修正案使用, “新参与者”被定义为在1月1日之前没有被记入至少四分之一的养老金信用的参与者, 2018, 或其退休金信用在1月1日前已赚取, 根据该计划的中断服务条款,2018年将被没收.

 

  • 新参与者的正常退休年龄为62岁
  • 新参与者的提前退休年龄为58岁
  • 特别服务新参与者的退休年龄为58岁
  • 有资格领取伤残抚恤金, 新参与者必须在58岁之前发生残疾.
  • 新参加者不符合领取“福利与社会保障统筹”(“社会保障均衡”)的资格.
  • 修改了退休后工作(暂停领取福利)规则. 就业就没有资格获得 新的参与者 means employment or self-employment in which a Participant works (A) 40 or more hours in a calendar month; and (B) in an industry in which employees covered by the 养老金 Plan were employed and accrued benefits under the 养老金 Plan as a result of such employment at the time that the payment of benefits commenced or would have commenced if the employee had not remained in or returned to employment; and (C) in a trade or craft in which the employee was employed at any time under the 养老金 Plan or any other trade or craft covered by the 养老金 Plan; and (D) in the geographic area covered by the 养老金 Plan at the time the payment of benefits commenced or would have commenced if the employee had not remained in or returned to employment. 上述无资格就业的定义包括任何实体或个人的就业或自雇, 不限于工会雇主或雇主. 任何员工如果监督不符合资格的员工,就是在不符合资格的工作.
